Policies

Last updated: March 2026. These policies are provided for booking clarity and operational safety.

1) Role of Miami Boat Escape

Miami Boat Escape acts as a charter broker and booking coordinator. Vessel operation, onboard safety management, and navigation decisions are handled by the vessel owner/operator and licensed captain.

2) Payment, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

To secure a charter, a 50% deposit is required. Remaining balance is due before boarding. No exceptions. Crew gratuity is required (10% or $100 minimum). All deposits are non-refundable.

If weather or marine conditions are unsafe, the charter will be rescheduled to a new date based on guest and boat availability.

3) Weather and Safety Authority

Final safety decisions are made by the licensed captain/operator based on marine conditions and applicable rules. Guests must follow all captain and crew instructions at all times.

4) Guest Conduct and Compliance

Illegal substances, unsafe behavior, and conduct that endangers guests or crew are not permitted. Violation of safety or vessel rules may result in early termination of the charter without refund, subject to operator policy.

5) Liability and Risk Notice

Boating and water activities carry inherent risks. By proceeding with a charter, guests acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions. Any final liability terms are governed by the charter operator’s agreement and applicable law.

6) Privacy Policy (Summary)

We collect only the information needed to provide quotes, coordinate bookings, and support your charter. Contact details may be used for booking updates and follow-up. We do not sell personal information.
